Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client queries
  • Promote spa products and services
  • Proactively promote the Spa in the neighborhood
  • Promote the Spa using our various social media facilities
  • Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
  • Conduct confirmation calls
  • Conduct check in, check out and payment procedures
  • Conduct retail sales procedures
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean and presentable before and after each treatment
  • Manage client profiles
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Assist in the development and updating of the spa services and its Website
  • Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Business Administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary Certificate an advantage
  • Sales and/or customer service training an advantage
  • Computer and Social Media literate
  • Spa reception experience or similar experiences

Objective:

To ensure clients receive requested treatments according to the spa’s standard operating procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and explain the process of the spa experience
  • Answer client questions
  • Review and update client profile forms and customise treatments to address client needs and contraindications
  • Perform spa treatments
  • Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area
  • Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
  • Manage levels of professional stock and supplies
  • Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
  • Must have Esthetician Certificate (s)
Minimum Work Experience:
  • Three (3) years spa therapy experience in an high standard spa
